Fabric & Measurement

It's about getting what you want. The perfect fit and the right style, with attention to detail in every step of the way. We source the industry’s best fabrics and suit components to ensure your garment lasts.

Pattern Making & Cutting

When the cloth is delivered to our workrooms, the paper pattern is laid out on the cloth and chalked around. The cloth is then cut by hand, creating all the individual panels for the garment. Our skilled cutters' ability to think in three dimensions means that when we cut your cloth, we will make subtle adjustments to the fit and hang. 

Our factory also has marker making and automated cutting capabilities, using only top of the line technology and machinery. Whatever your needs are, as a Yongzheng client, you’ll benefit from the knowledge of a team that’s dedicated to achieving that result for you. 

Production Line 

Once the cloth has been cut to shape, creating the foundation of the suit, additional materials are assembled such as the finest quality canvasses, linen and linings. The materials are sorted by hand to ensure quality control, checking for strength, fineness and appearance. Each garment is crafted by highly skilled tailors who will use their well-trained eye to observe the pattern for even the smallest imperfections.

After one last inspection to ensure every detail has been perfectly executed , your custom garment will be ready for delivery.
